About C3

C³'s story began in 1993 when Atlanta lawyer Mark Deininger traveled to Eastern Europe to explore patentable technologies to commercialize in the United States. Mr. Deininger explored thousands of technologies, even traveling to scientific centers never before visited by a foreigner. His interest was piqued by what is now known as MIST technology and, after several years of negotiations, he acquired the rights from the original inventors.

C³ International, LLC is governed by three bodies.

C³’s five-member Board of Managers is the company’s highest governing body, answering directly to C³ Shareholders. It convenes regularly once a month, and additionally as needed, to oversee and direct C³’s long-term growth and development.

C³’s Board of Managers consults on a regular basis with C³’s expert Advisory Board, a round-table group of experienced business and technology leaders who provide guidance vis-à-vis strategic planning and business development. The Advisory Board has been instrumental in shaping C³’s business plan, providing technical and patent-protection guidance, and facilitating networking with additional business leaders and associates.

C³’s Executive Management Team oversees day-to-day operations and reports to the Board of Managers. The Executive Management Team is comprised of the CEO, CFO, COO, Comptroller, Director of Licensing, Vice President of New Business Development, and Director of Thin Film Technologies.
